Friend of the Continuist Erin Macdonald loves to bake, and she’s damn good at it too.
Erin Macdonald is enrolled in an Environmental Science Co-op program at the University of Waterloo. She’s currently working as a food technologist for Canada Bread, where she’s working on developing a new gluten-free product.
Erin has recently started up a recipe blog called The Cinnamon House. All of Erin’s original recipes use healthier alternatives for the traditional ingredients in baking, like sugar and oil. All of her recipes can easily be made gluten-free, dairy-free or vegan.
She even created a recipe in particular for one of our dietary-restricted editors, who can vouch…it was delicious.
